A Pakistani mother of two, Saira Imran has founded a social networking club Ladyz Fuzion that has taken off in Dubai aiming to inspire women from all walks of life. The club has hosted many fun-filled events, bazaars and exhibitions displaying their work. Their Eid event focused on Pakistani culture and a ‘go green’ concept. Recently the club’s founder Saira Imran organised a fashion show that took place at Raffles Hotel, Dubai. The event showcased the works of Islamabad based Pakistani designer Rabeya Maung and Karachi based Muznah Raheal along with several other new talents. The make-up and styling was done by Pakistani stylist Janie Liang.
“We used smoky eyes, long ravishing eyelashes and scarlet red lipsticks, as the theme of the event was ‘winter fashion’. We also used all kinds of trendy colours and extensions for hairstyles!” said stylist Janie Liang. The club gave its members and guests a chance to show their talent to the world and walk the ramp with their collection label. The fashion show was later followed by an exhibition.
